For this project, I was asked to create an event poster and come up with an event, including the event details. The part that took the longest was writing the information about the event and deciding what kind of event it would be. Once I had the idea, planning out the event became fun to do.
For the poster, I was inspired by the subway ads in Surrey. I wanted to create an advertisement that would match the look and feel of real subway ads. The hardest part of making the poster was designing the train mockup. It took a long time to figure out how the train would look and how it would fit with the idea.
